Community Health Screenings

The Oak Lawn Community Partnership provides free blood pressure screenings and other health-related offerings in the library’s lower level meeting room on the second Wednesday of most months from 10-11 a.m. (a new, shorter time frame), September through June.  Blood pressure screenings are provided by personnel from the Oak Lawn Fire Department.

• October 13, 2010 -- With Free Hearing Tests provided by Advocate Christ Medical Center
• November 10, 2010 -- With Free One-on-one "Ask the Pharmacist" Consultations provided by Advocate Christ Medical Center
• No screenings in December 2010
• January 12, 2011
• February 9, 2011 -- With Free Hearing Tests provided by Advocate Christ Medical Center and Glaucoma Screenings performed by Dr. Narbone of Complete Vision Care
• March 9, 2011
• April 13, 2011 With Free One-on-one "Ask the Pharmacist" Consultations provided by Advocate Christ Medical Center
